These terms cover purchases and use of the digital publications offered at pinnacle1direct.com by Pinnacle 1 Media, a division of Pinnacle 1 LLC. Please read them with the product description, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Products and payment
The CRE modules and bundle are downloadable PDFs. Purchases are one-time payments, with no subscription and no physical shipment. The complete bundle contains the six core modules, the 1031 Exchange Ready™ bonus module, and the printable calculation worksheets included within the Deal Decoder PDF. The online Decoder Calculator is hosted at Pinnacle 1 Systems for working through your deal numbers.
The price and any applicable checkout charges are displayed before payment. Modules may be purchased individually or as the complete bundle. Earlier purchases do not provide an additional discount or credit toward later module or bundle purchases.
Delivery and access
Download links are made available after payment is confirmed, through the order confirmation page and order email. Provide an accurate checkout email address and retain your order confirmation. If you have difficulty accessing a purchased file, contact support with your order number and checkout email.
Your personal-use license
Your purchase permits you to save the purchased PDFs on your own devices, print copies for your own learning and property analysis, and make additional working copies of the blank worksheets for that use.
Ownership of the publication and its copyright remains with Pinnacle 1 Media and the applicable rights holders. You may not share, resell, redistribute, post the files online, or reproduce them for distribution without prior written permission from Pinnacle 1 Media, except as permitted by law.
Educational resources
The guides, examples, checklists, worksheets, and formulas are for general education and preparation. They do not replace advice from your real estate broker, lender, attorney, accountant, appraiser, or other qualified professional. Updates
We may revise these terms or product offers for future purchases. The terms applicable to an existing purchase are those in effect when it was made, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
