Digital purchases
Please review the product description, included modules, file format, and price before purchasing. Because digital files can be retained once delivered, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after the files have been delivered or made available to you.
Download problems, incorrect files, or duplicate charges
If you cannot access a purchased file, receive an incorrect or defective file, or believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us. We will review the order and work to resolve the issue, including providing the correct working file or correcting a duplicate charge. A replacement or refund will be provided where appropriate or required by applicable law.
Request help
Email your order number, the email address used at checkout, the product name, and a description of the issue. If you have not received access to your purchase and wish to cancel, contact us so we can review the order.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where available. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
